1.-How long does shipping from Finland to Germany take?
Usually 2–4 days depending on the departure and destination cities and other concurrent routes.
2.-Can I travel with the moving van?
Unfortunately, on long journeys, such as between Finland and Germany, it is not possible to travel with a driver.
3.-Will the driver help with loading and unloading?
Yes! The driver will help carry, load and unload your belongings – you won't be alone on moving day.
4.- What documents do I need for an international move?
No separate documents are required for private customers in the EU, but we recommend that you prepare a manifest at the request of customs or authorities. We will take care of the necessary permits and documents for you.
5.- When and how does payment take place?
You can pay before or after the move by invoice, bank transfer, or cash, whichever suits you best.
6.- How are my goods insured?
All transports include Pohjola insurance, which covers damage during transport. You can have peace of mind throughout the journey.
